[PS]   Abstract ­ This paper presents an efficient and low­cost solution to apply digital watermarking technology to online multimedia distribution and commerce. This solution consists of a hierarchical watermarking scheme and two types of automatic low­cost watermark enforcement tools: watermark monitor and watermark tracking agent.
