call for proposals

People who attended the 5^th workshop and wish to host the next one should send their proposals to ih2002@microsoft.com by 15^th November 2002.

The program committee would like to receive the following information:

• Rough budget

• In particular: rates for academics, industry & students

• Motivations for the location you propose

• Favoured hotel and alternative hotels

• Local transportation

• Social activities

• Visits

• Conference dinner (on boat!)

• Tourist information about the area

• Short document

• Few URLs

The current committee will let its decision shortly after the deadline and not later than the first week of December.

Important notice: Although the workshops have been held every 18 months until now the committee warns possible hosts that this may change. More information will provided as soon as possible.
